Finding Your Request for Quotation

To get started, under the Manage section of the navigation bar on the left, you will need to click the Quote Requests tab.

This will take you to the Quote Requests page which will populate a list of all of the quote requests you've created on VendorPM. These will include active, awarded, cancelled & any drafts you may have started.

The "At-Risk" button above signifies any projects or contracts that a vendor was awarded, but is not "compliant" within the system.

The "Award Required" button above signifies any quote request that the "award deadline" has passed, but it hasn't been awarded.

You can also filter your request for quotations by active, awarded, cancelled & drafts. From there, you can filter more in depth on these pages as seen below

1 - Search Bar: You can filter through your requests by typing in key words found in their respective titles (i.e. Window).

In Progress - this shows you that you are waiting for the vendor's response for the quote submitted.

3 - Property: This will filter and show you all of your request for quotations for the selected property you manage.
