Finding your Quote

Use the search bar to locate RFQs by:

  • Service name

  • RFQ submission deadline

  • Project start date

You can also sort by deadline to bring upcoming or past RFQs to the top.

Editing your Quote Request

  1. Click into the RFQ you wish to edit

2. On the overview page, click "Details"

Then "Edit"

You can make any changes to the Quote Request's General Information.

Including:

  • Overall Budget,

  • RFQ Submission deadline,

  • Project Timeline (the ideal start and end date)

  • Description of work

  • Attachments

  • Contacts

    As shown below.

And click Save when you're done

Note: any modifications made to the Quote Request will be automatically communicated to the selected vendors for the quote request.

You can also edit the Breakdown of Work by clicking "Edit" next to Breakdown of work.

This will open up a new page, where you can make changes to the Breakdown of work.

Click Save when you're done.

Overview Section

Once taken to the overview of the quote request you can view all of your vendors statuses and ratings.

You can also compare bids at the Bid Breakdown section amongst all the vendors from the respected quote request or you can also download a summary.

Inviting More Vendors to Your RFQ

Important: Inviting a vendor to an RFQ does not add them to your vendor list or Preferred list. This is a one-time invitation to quote on the specific job.

  1. From the RFQ overview, click Manage

2. Select Invite or Remove Vendors

3. You’ll be taken to the Marketplace search

You can always remove the vendor in your cart by clicking Remove under the vendor name.

After removing/adding a vendor, select Update Quote Request to update your changes.
