Downgrading or Canceling plans?

Navigate to the settings page to downgrade or cancel your subscription.

If you need to cancel your VendorPM subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your VendorPM account.

  2. Click your name in the top right corner, then select Settings.

  3. Navigate to the Manage Subscriptions section.

  4. Click Cancel or downgrade plan at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.

Important:

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • We recommend reviewing our Terms of Service for details on cancellation policies.

  • After cancellation, you will lose access to the premium features at the end of your current subscription term.
