An active VendorPM Compliance subscription is required to become a compliant vendor. If you’re not compliant, the property management firm won’t be able to view your documents and you won’t be able to complete work for clients that use VendorPM Compliance.
You’ll be prompted to pay for VendorPM Compliance when going through the compliance workflow for a property management firm.

Payment is required to become a ‘Compliant’ vendor. If you choose not to pay for VendorPM Compliance, your documents won’t be visible to the property management firm and you’ll be shown as ‘Not Compliant’.

Do I have to pay for every client that invites me?
No, you only have to pay once semi-annually or annually, and you can receive unlimited invites from all property management firms as long as you have an active subscription.

We use Stripe as our payment processor which accepts all major credit card processors.
We do not accept Debit, E-Transfer, Cheque, or Cash.
