How do I request an exemption?

You can request an exemption for a requirement by clicking ‘request an exemption’ on the requirement during the onboarding process, or through the 'My Clients' section.

Once you request an exemption, it will be sent to the property management firm for review. From there, they will either grant or deny the exemption.

  1. Click "Request an exemption" under the specific requirement.

  2. Provide an exemption reason and click 'Request exemption'. The request will be sent to the enterprise leader of the property management firm.

Note: You may not be able to request an exemption for all documents. Property management firms can decide on whether they allow vendors to request exemptions for specific documents.

What happens if an exemption is rejected?

If an exemption is rejected, you must upload the required document to become an approved vendor.

If your exemption was rejected and believe you should be exempt for any reason whatsoever, please contact the property management firm.
