I've received an invite, now what?
Once you receive an invite, you’ll have to go through the property management firms' compliance workflow which is facilitated through the VendorPM platform.
Step 1: Begin the compliance workflow.
Once you click on the invitation through email or on VendorPM, you'll arrive at this page which will prompt you to begin the process.
Step 2: Review Terms and Conditions
Once you begin the process, some property management firms will require you to accept their Terms and Conditions.
Note: Not all property management firms will have Terms & Conditions.
Step 3: Meeting the firm's requirements
You’ll then proceed to the requirements page where you’ll be asked to meet the firm's requirements.
These requirements include but are not limited to the following: Worker’s Compensation, Certificate of Insurance, Health & Safety Policy, etc. Each property management firm's requirements will vary depending on what they've chosen to mandate.
Step 4: Subscribe to VendorPM Compliance
Once you upload your documents, you’ll be prompted to subscribe to VendorPM Compliance. This is required to become a compliant vendor and complete work for property management firms that use VendorPM Compliance.
Step 5: Review and submit
You’ll then be asked to review your submission. Once you click “Pay and submit”, your documents will be submitted and your payment method will be charged.
Reviewing documents may take between 1-3 business days.

Your Worker’s Compensation will be transferrable across different property management firms but you’ll have to re-upload all other documents.
