As a Growth Plan member, you have access to an additional module of VendorPM that allows you to find Open Quote Requests and connect with new Property Managers.

To find additional opportunities, select Opportunities on the left navigation bar. You will then see the following screen:

This page displays a map of all properties in your region that Property Managers created on VendorPM. You can view properties with certain characteristics by selecting Filters in the top right corner. Some properties also have opportunities associated with them. An opportunity can be one or both of the following:

1) Open Quote Requests

When a Property Manager has created an Open Quote Request, you can view it by selecting ‘Quote Requests' under the ‘Filters’ button.

To join an Open Quote Request, select the listed opportunity you’re interested in, and from there you can join the project. By joining an Open Quote Request you are committing to providing a quote for the job. As a Growth member, you can join unlimited Open Quote Requests.

2) Contact PM

Some properties will have a Property Manager who’s open to connecting with new Vendors who provide your service(s). You can contact these Property Managers by selecting 'Contact PM' on the visible property cards.

To contact a Property Manager simply fill in the form. The Property Manager will receive your request and will have the option to either save you for a future quote request and respond or decline your invitation to connect. As a Growth member, you can contact an unlimited number of Property Managers within your selected service radius.
