To ensure we maintain a healthy and transparent marketplace that property managers can trust, it is important for us to validate the legitimacy of reviews that get posted on our platform.

Who can write a review?

All reviews must be written by past or current property management clients who are unrelated and/or unaffiliated with the company. Family members and current or past employees cannot write reviews.

All reviews must be constructive, avoid accusatory and vulgar language, and must abide by Canadian Defamation laws.

Investigating negative reviews

A vendor can choose to investigate a negative review up to 90 days after the review has been posted. Once the investigation process has started, VendorPM will remove the review and reach out to the reviewer to verify the legitimacy of the content posted. During the investigation, we will ask the reviewer for an invoice to prove that services were complete and paid for. We will also ask for photographic evidence to back up any claims made in the review. The investigation will last for 30 days. If we do not receive any proof to verify the review, then we will not re-publish.
