In this article, we will demonstrate how to edit your listing and make any desired changes.
To begin, log in to your VendorPM account and click the My Listing tab located in the left navigation bar. This will take you to your company’s listing where your profile overview will be displayed with your logo, description, and reviews. Click the “Edit Listing” button to begin editing your Marketplace profile.
From there, you will be taken to a page where you can begin to edit specific fields associated with your Marketplace listing.
Brand
Here you can input and edit any of your business' social media links, upload any images, and add a company description that will be viewable from your profile on the VendorPM Marketplace.
Usually, the company description is the same blurb written in the “About Us” section of your website. Feel free to copy and paste that into the description box.
Business Information
In this section, you are able to edit your business information, such as the Business Name, Address, Phone Number, Website, and Business Size.
Additional Details
“Additional Details” is supplemental information to help build your listing on the VendorPM Marketplace, such as Service Radius, applicable Property Types, Associations that you are a part of, and Service Offerings.
We always recommend setting your service radius to the furthest distance you would go to service a property and selecting all the available property types
Service Details
Here you can update the service categories that your business falls under.
If you type in a keyword, all of the related service categories will appear for you to select from. This makes it easier to ensure you have all of the applicable services featured on your profile. See the screenshot below for reference.
If you offer a wide array of services, it may be easier to scroll through all of the available services we have for you to select. If you’d like to take a look, simply click on the box that says “Start Typing to Search” and you can scroll through.
You can select a service by clicking on it.
Please note, you will only be able to be invited to jobs where the service the PM selected is on your profile. It is essential that you have all of the services you offer listed on your profile.
Users
As a VendorPM member, you can have unlimited “Users” on your account. A User will have their own profile, where they have the exact same accessibility as you. Everything you can do on the VendorPM portal, they’ll be able to do as well.
To invite a new user to your account, click the textbox under “Invite Additional Users”. Type in their email address, and click “Send Invite”. The recipient will receive an email from VendorPM inviting them to be a User on your account. They need to follow the instructions in the email, and they will be taken to the site where they can fill in their information and click “Create Account”.
Once created, they can log in with the email address to which they received the invitation.
How to Change My Email?
It’s important that the email address associated with your VendorPM account is the best email to contact you at. It’s not just used for login purposes, but we’ll be notifying you via email for everything on VendorPM. This includes new quote requests, updates to existing quote requests, messages from property managers, notifications about your compliance status, etc.
If you’d like to update your email address, click your name in the top right corner, and then “Settings”. From there, you’ll be taken to the Profile page of your settings and you can enter a new email address.
*Note: Make sure to click the save changes button when you have finished editing.
