My Vendors Tab

Welcome! This article will show you how to manage the Vendors page by adding and removing a vendor. For clients using our Compliance Software, you can also view the compliance status and documentation of your vendors in this menu.


How to Access your Vendors on VendorPM

To begin, from your top navigation bar, select Vendors in the PM menu.

Note: This used to be called "My Vendors" — same location, just a new label.

This will take you to the Vendors page where you can browse, search, filter, and manage all vendors connected to your organization.


Finding a Vendor

Use the search bar to find vendors by:

  • Company name

  • Email address

  • Address

You can also use the Filter button to filter vendors by:

  • Service Category

  • Compliance Status (if using VMS)

  • Rating

  • Union Status

  • Account Status (claimed/unclaimed)

Use the Sort dropdown to sort your vendor list by rating, recent jobs, alphabetical order, and more.


Managing your Vendors

To remove a vendor from your list:

1. Find the vendor on the Vendors tab

2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to their name

3. Select "Remove from vendor list"

If the vendor is Preferred, this action removes them from the Preferred list, but they may still appear in your full vendor list.

Adding a Vendor

To add a vendor to your vendor list:

1. Click the "Add Vendor" button (blue button in the top-right)

2. In the side panel, search for the vendor by name, email, or address

* If they already exist on VendorPM, you can select them

• If no match appears, click "Add new vendor"

1. Fill out the required fields:

  • Company Name

  • Email Address

  • Company Address

  • Phone Number

  • Service Types

2. Add a reason for the request (this is sent to your EL)

3. Review and confirm the details

4. Click Submit request

Your request will be sent to your EL for approval before the vendor is added to your list.

If the vendor isn't on the system, they will be able to set up their profiles. If your company uses our Compliance Software, the vendors will be prompted to upload their compliance documentation according to your specific requirements.


Viewing a vendors Compliance Documentation (VMS Only)

To view a vendor's compliance documents, click on the vendor's name to open their profile.

Click on the Compliance tab under the vendors name.

You can now see all the compliance requirements, expiration dates (if applicable) and download those documents if needed.


New! Pending Tasks Tab

If you’ve submitted a vendor addition or exemption request, you can monitor its status under the Pending Tasks tab:

  • View vendor requests waiting for EL approval

  • See any exemption or preferred vendor decisions

• Vendors are notified automatically when your EL approves or declines the request.
