Welcome! This article will show you how to manage the My Vendors page by adding and removing a vendor. For clients using our Compliance Software, you can also view the compliance status and documentation of your vendors in this menu.

How to Access your Vendors on VendorPM

To begin, on the top navigation bar on the PM menu, select My Vendors.

This will take you directly towards the My Vendors page where you will be able to browse your organization's vendors.

Finding a Vendor

You can filter your search within the My Vendors page by searching by Company Name or filtering by Service Category, Rating or Union Status.

If your company is using our Compliance Software, vendors are divided by their current compliance status.

Managing your Vendors

Removing Vendors: You can remove vendors from your list by selecting the "Actions" button to the right of the vendor you wish to remove from the list. Then select "Remove from My Vendors"

Adding Vendors: You can add new vendors to your list by clicking on the blue "Invite" button.

Search for the vendor you wish to add in the search bar. If the vendor is already in the system, they will show up in the list.

If the vendor isn't in the system, you can add them by filling out company name, service category, email address, address (optional but recommended), and phone number (optional but recommended).

Click continue once vendor information is complete.

Click Invite Vendor to send the invitation to the vendor. If the vendor isn't on the system, they will be able to set up their profiles. If your company uses our Compliance Software, the vendors will be prompted to upload their compliance documentation according to your specific requirements.

Viewing a vendors Compliance Documentation (VMS Only)

To view a vendor's compliance documents, click on the vendor's name to open their profile.

Click on the Compliance tab under the vendors name.

You can now see all the compliance requirements, expiration dates (if applicable) and download those documents if needed.
