If you are looking to add a new property to your VendorPM portfolio, click the Properties button in the Manage section of the left navigation bar.
This will direct you to the Properties page, where you will be able to click the Add New Property button.
The add property window will populate, it will ask you to fill in some basic information about the property as seen below.
1) Basic Information
Property Name (mandatory) - This is the moniker you use to refer to the building, this is for your reference only and will not be seen by vendors. For example (Westview Properties)
Address (mandatory) - This is the address of your property, which is linked to Google Maps, so the address should populate as you type it in!
*note: to specify units, prefix the address with #- (e.g. 401-20 Hartford Ave)
Property Type (mandatory) - A way of further describing the property using our dropdown selection (Office, Retail, Industrial, Apartment, Condo, Townhouse, Mixed-Use).
Annual Budget (optional) - The annual budget of the property that is hidden from vendors, only visible to you and team members shared on the property.
2) Property Details (optional)
This is an optional section where you can input some more descriptive information about the building as listed below.
Year Constructed
Square Footage
Stories
Number of Units

3) Attachments (optional)
In this section you can add optional attachments related to the property, for example, pictures of the building's lawn and garden that you want to attach for reference when going out to quote for landscaping services.
Once you've got all your information filled in, you can click Create Property in the bottom right hand corner of the window as seen above.
Joining an Existing Property
When filling in the name of the property, if the same name already exists in the system, a drop down will show up. Select the property from the drop down menu to join it.
Click on the Join button and you will now have access to that property to send and view quote requests.
Congratulations! You've successfully added your property! You should now see it within your Properties menu. You are now ready to create your Request for Quotations at the property.

Editing an Existing Property
If you need to edit an existing property click on the property listed.
This will take you to the property overview where you will click Edit on the property details or property information to make changes to the designated area.
Make your applicable updates and click Save.
Deleting a property can only be done by users who have Enterprise Leader access. Go to the Properties menu.
Search for and click the name of the property you wish to delete.
Click the Delete button in the top right corner of the property pop up.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to delete this property.
The property will be deleted off your properties list, and removed from any attached quote request.
