How Vendors and Clients Connect on VendorPM

VendorPM offers three main ways for vendors to connect with property managers and participate in opportunities:

1. Client-Initiated Invitations
Property managers (clients) can invite vendors directly to provide quotes for their service requests (RFQs). Once invited, vendors can review the request details and submit a quote through the platform.

2. Preferred Vendor Lists

Property managers can add vendors to their Preferred Vendor List. Being on this list increases the likelihood of receiving future RFQs from that client.

3. Vendor-Initiated Opportunities

Vendors can also connect with new potential clients through features like Offer to Quote (OTQ) Networking Messages. These allow vendors to express interest in relevant opportunities and build relationships with property managers, even if they haven’t worked together before.

By combining direct invitations, preferred vendor status, and proactive outreach tools, VendorPM helps vendors expand their client base and access more opportunities.
