"Preferred" and "Compliant" are now separate

  • Preferred Vendors = vendors your company wants to work with long-term

  • Compliant Vendors = vendors who are eligible to work but may not be “preferred”

  • This lets ELs promote quality, reputation, and partnership (not just compliance)

Note: Vendors can now be invited to become compliant without being added to the preferred list.

Updated Vendors Page

  • “My Vendors” is now simply called Vendors

  • Tabs reduced from many → just two:

    • All Vendors

    • Pending Tasks

  • You can now toggle to show only Preferred Vendors

  • New global search, filters (compliance, service category, rating, etc.) and sorting options added

New Add Vendor Flow for PMs

  • Click “Add Vendor” → opens a side panel

  • Search by name/email/address to check if they’re already on VendorPM

  • If not found, use the Add New Vendor CTA to submit the following mandatory vendor info:

    • Company name

    • Email

    • Address

    • Phone

    • Service types

    • Reason for addition (shown to the EL)

  • PMs must confirm & submit the request → sent to ELs for approval

Changes for Enterprise Leaders (ELs)

ELs now approve vendor additions

  • All new vendors submitted by PMs require EL approval

  • ELs receive batched emails every 4 hours with requests

  • The Pending Tasks tab consolidates all:

    • Vendor addition requests

    • Compliance exemption requests

Review & Action Vendor Requests

  • From the Pending Tasks tab, ELs can:

    • Approve = vendor is added to Preferred list

    • Decline = request is dismissed

RFQ Flow Changes

  • Inviting a vendor from an RFQ no longer adds them to the preferred list

  • “Add Vendor” has been replaced with “Invite/Remove Vendor”

  • Vendors invited through RFQs will appear in the RFQ only (not in your vendor list)

Coming soon: You’ll be able to add preferred vendors from the RFQ flow directly

Track Your Preferred Vendor Usage

New Widget on EL Homepage:

  • See % of jobs awarded to preferred vendors

  • Export full breakdown via CSV (includes job, property, vendor info)

Better Search, Filter & Sort Options

Now available on the Vendors page and Pending Tasks tab:

  • Filters: compliance, rating, union status, service types & more

  • Sort options: by rating, recent jobs, compliance level, A-Z, etc.

  • Preferred Only toggle to narrow your view

Where to Find Preferred Vendor Info

  • Preferred vendors have a blue checkmark badge

  • You can see this across:

    • Vendor profile pages

    • Marketplace search results

    • Reports and the vendor list

Clean List = More Control

With this update, your PMC can:

  • Keep a clean vendor list

  • Avoid auto-adding vendors who are only needed for one-time jobs

  • Put decision-making back in ELs’ hands
