How to navigate missing compliance requirements for a property management client.

If you received an email about missing compliance requirements, it means you need to complete certain steps to either (a) gain approval to work with a connected client on VendorPM, or (b) display your compliance badge to all property managers viewing your profile.

Simply log in to VendorPM and click on “Compliance”. Here, you’ll be able to view any missing requirements and upload the necessary documents.
