Are you on a Growth Plan? If so, you have a designated Customer Success Representative. This representative conducted your onboarding session at the beginning of your subscription and has sent you emails with information and support. If you know who your representative is, feel free to email them directly, and they will respond promptly.
If you don’t have a designated representative or can’t recall how to reach them, simply contact us through email at [email protected] or the VendorPM Chat function, and we’ll connect you with the right person for support.
How to Access the Chat Function:
Click “Help” at the bottom left corner of your VendorPM page. This will open the VendorPM Help Center.
In the Help Center, click the chat icon at the bottom right corner, select “Send us a message,” and write a brief description of your situation.
If you reach out during our hours of operation (9 am - 5 pm EST), we’ll respond within a few minutes. If you contact us outside of these hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we return, and you’ll receive a notification by email.
