The quote submission deadline is displayed in several places for each quote request, and we always encourage vendors to submit their quotes on time. However, we understand that sometimes delays happen. Here’s what to do if you missed the deadline:
Scenario 1: Less than 1 Day Late — Contact Us
If you missed the deadline less than or equal to 1 day, please reach out to us. You can contact your designated account representative (if applicable to you) by email or phone, or send a message through our VendorPM chat function, and we’ll be happy to assist. Alternatively, you can always email us at [email protected] and we will direct you to the right person.
Scenario 2: More than 1 Day Late — Contact the Property Manager
If more than a day has passed since the deadline, reach out directly to the PM to ask if they’ll still accept your quote. The PM may choose to extend the deadline, allowing you to upload the quote directly to VendorPM, ask you to email it to them, or they may decline your request.
