How to Change Your Response on a Quote Request

What to do if you'd like to change your response from "Accept" to "Decline"

It’s common for vendors to accept a quote request and later decide not to proceed for various reasons. Don’t worry—changing your response from “Accepted” to “Declined” is simple.

To update your response, open the quote request. In the top right corner, you’ll see an “Accepted” button. Click on it, then select “Decline.” Choose your reason for declining, and submit your updated response.
